East Quay Wedding - Becky & Jake

“They are EPIC!! Looking through them felt like we were reliving the day all over again. (Jake may have had a few tears…maybe…) Mum can’t decide which she wants to put in the living room and nor can we! Thank you guys so so much! We can’t thank you enough!!”
We actually don’t have the words to describe how much fun we had with Becky & Jake and their East Quay wedding. Seriously, this one is going straight into the Ceremony hall of fame! Everything about this wedding was amazing, emotional, relaxed and crazy fun! Now, you’ll likely have seen already how much we LOVE to travel. We both got bitten by the travel bug early in life and it’s never worn off. But, as amazing as it is to travel the world with our kit and call it ‘work’, sometimes it’s just amazing to be at home and working in our home town. Which is exactly what this weekend was. East Quay venue is bang on our doorstep in Whitstable and we absolutely love going there every time. Lucy and her team are amazing, we always have some fun watching people sample the local oyster delicacies for the first time, we get so well looked after with fish & chips for dinner, and the party is always a banger! What’s not to love?!
East Quay Wedding
Not only did we have all that joy, but we got to spend the day with ‘Patch’ (Elliott) from Sullivan Street films. Elliott and I (Matt) grew up playing cricket together, and he shot our wedding back in 2015, so spending the day with him is always a blast. We also got to work with the awesome Helen from Blubelle Creative who absolutely smashed the florals for this one. She’s amazing and it’s always a delight to work with her. Becky and her bridal party all looked (and felt) amazing thanks to Jess and her team of Laura & Lisa. We really did have a super-fun morning and didn’t stop laughing.
So, as you can probably tell, we could ramble on forever about how awesome this one was. But the truth is, the photos tell a much better story than we can. So, have a scroll and enjoy. If you’re planning your own East Quay wedding and you’re keen to chat to us about being a part of it, get in touch and let’s get the ball rolling. We’d love to hear more about your plans.
